Park Modern – 57 High end apartments spanning 9 floors all of which feature dizzying ceiling heights and floor-to-ceiling glazing opening onto individual private terraces overlooking Hyde Park. The Design & Build project required ground supporting structures in close proximity to the London Underground Central Line to support the open excavation to -20m at the bottom of the basement; the basement will contain plant areas, leisure and pools, an extensive spa and gym with commercial spaces linked to the ground floor. The building rises 9 levels above ground with the majority of apartments overlooking Hyde Park.

Ant Yapi have provided a design & build solution for the Park Modern development as principal contractor by incorporating our friendly supply chain with specialists in joinery, aluminium & glazing and marble & stone works from Turkey who have been able to commit to a very high quality finish, with best materials and in conjunction with the developers budget.
The overall built area is 190,000 sqft and is being supported from a raft foundation and a concrete frame. The façade is a delicate combination of precast concrete and natural stone from Derbyshire, aluminium feature rainscreen, glazed areas and doors and steel standing seam solutions. The interiors combine fine joinery with carefully prepared marble and timbers finishing off the interiors of the apartments.”
Prices for the apartments range from £2M for a one bedroom to £60M for the striking 9 bedroom penthouse. Inside the interiors have been designed to maximise the views, with large windows, high ceilings and a light colour palette allowing the surrounding parkland to do the talking. The developers spent time hand-selecting natural stones and designing the joinery, doors and iron mongerery ensuring everything you touch feels special. These design features will continue in the reception area and on the wellbeing floor, where there will be a residents-only spa, with treatment rooms and a 25m swimming pool, a gym, and a 16-seat cinema that residents can reserve for private use.
