Ant Yapi - To Build What Cannot Be Built

We deliver through our experience as a top 100 construction company & principal contractor, we have established one of the most flexible supply chains and we utilise our long standing relationships with key suppliers, specialist sub-contractors and designers implemented with a very strong BIM design capability. These long standing relationships allow us to extend the flexible approach to problem from site to client. Our Back To Building philosophy means that we as a “family”; achieve cost competitiveness through repeat business and close working partnerships.

Our approach to the UK market is the same as the other countries where we work, and that is to utilise the high quality skills & lower cost base of this established supply chain network by bringing materials and finished products into the UK where they will be stored awaiting delivery to site. This approach helps us to lower costs, improve efficiency and timeliness of project completion dates.

We also provide our On-Demand Performance Guarantee, Professional Indemnity Insurance, and all other necessary insurances and guarantees to ensure market & customer compliance as well as our Parent Company Guarantee.

Park Modern

Park Modern – 57 High end apartments spanning 9 floors all of which feature dizzying ceiling heights and floor-to-ceiling glazing opening onto individual private terraces overlooking Hyde Park. The Design & Build project required ground supporting structures in close proximity to the London Underground Central Line to support the open excavation to -20m at the bottom of the basement; the basement will contain plant areas, leisure and pools, an extensive spa and gym with commercial spaces linked to the ground floor. The building rises 9 levels above ground with the majority of apartments overlooking Hyde Park.

  • Leas Pavillion

    The Leas Pavilion will be restored to its former glory of 1902, a Grade II listed purpose built Edwardian tea room with its ornately moulded ceilings and elegant galleries. The grand imperial staircase and a sprung dance floor it has been the favourite local venue for culture, art and leisure for over 100 years.

  • Chelsea Barracks

    We're delighted to announce that Ant Yapi UK is embarking on its latest project at the Chelsea Barracks Development! We have been entrusted with the comprehensive fitout, mechanical and electrical works of Building 8 which includes the crafting high-quality residential apartments along with various communal spaces.
