Ant Yapi UK has been appointed to deliver the full fit-out, including mechanical and electrical works, for Building 7. The scope encompasses the creation of high-quality residential apartments alongside a range of shared communal spaces. From the main reception and lobby through to corridors, stairwells, and service areas, our team is responsible for delivering all areas from Lower Ground 2 up to the penthouses on Level 7.

Following the successful completion of Building 8, we are proud to be the first contractor selected for consecutive phases of the project, reflecting the client’s continued confidence in our delivery.

Building 7 is located on Chelsea Bridge Road and is regarded as the most prestigious building within the development. It is proposed to feature light-coloured limestone façades, reflecting the architectural tradition of some of London’s finest buildings.

Ant Yapi UK is on track to complete the building by the third quarter of 2027.
